Installation Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the drain plug and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
Fill the rear drive axle.
- Use the proper fluid, refer to Approximate Fluid Capacities .
- For the proper capacity, refer to Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations (USA and Canada) .

Install the fill plug and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
