Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the rear axle drain plug (1) and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
  2. Fill the rear axle with the proper fluid. Refer to Approximate Fluid Capacities and Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations (USA and Canada) .
  3. Fig 2: Fill Plug

  4. Install the fill plug (1) and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
  5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
