Fuel Heater Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the fuel filter assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Fuel Filter Assembly Replacement .
1 Ground Wire Screw

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Hand tighten the ground wire screw until snug.
2 Fuel Heater Screw
Procedure: 
Hand tighten the fuel heater screw until snug.
3 Fuel Heater Spring and Seals
Procedure: 
Take note of original spring and seal positions.
