Front Fog Lamp Replacement (GMC)

Preliminary Procedures
- Remove either the LF or RF wheelhouse liners. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Chevrolet)
or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (GMC)
for the LF or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet)
or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC)
for the RF wheelhouse liner.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- From inside the front air deflector, using a six point 10 mm socket or the open end of a 3/8" extension, compress the retainers and push outward on the two upper mounting studs on the fog lamp.
- Using the same tools, compress the lower retainer and push outward on the adjustment screw for the fog lamp.
- Remove the fog lamp assembly.

Transfer the bulb assembly as needed. |

Fog Lamp Retainers (Qty: 3) Procedure
- Install the retainers back onto the fog lamp upper mounting studs.
- Install the retainer onto the fog lamp adjusting screw.
- Firmly push the lamp assembly back into the front air deflector until all three retainers are engaged to the air deflector.
- Aim the fog lamps after the fog lamp has been replaced. Refer to Fog Lamp Aiming .
