Preliminary Procedure: Release, open and support the hood assembly in order to remove the hood front molding.
1	Hood Front Molding Retainer (Qty: 8)
2	Hood Front Molding CAUTION: Refer to Exterior Trim Emblem Removal Caution . Procedure Release the hood molding retainers beginning from one side working toward the other side of the front hood panel. Install the hood molding by inserting the retainers beginning on one side working toward the other side of the hood panel. Using the palm of the hand, press above each retainer securing the retainer to the hood outer panel.

CAUTION: Refer to Exterior Trim Emblem Removal Caution .

Procedure

Release the hood molding retainers beginning from one side working toward the other side of the front hood panel.
Install the hood molding by inserting the retainers beginning on one side working toward the other side of the hood panel.
Using the palm of the hand, press above each retainer securing the retainer to the hood outer panel.
