Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Position the exhaust manifold heat shield to the exhaust manifold and install the heat shield bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  2. Install the right wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet) or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC) .
