Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, observe the scan tool APP Sensor 1 parameter for a normal voltage range between 0.80-4.75 V.
  2. Ignition ON, observe the scan tool APP Sensor 2 parameter for a normal voltage range between 0.30-2.50 V.
  3. Ignition ON, compare the scan tool APP Sensor 1 Indicated and APP Sensor 2 Indicated parameters. Verify they do not differ more than 2 percent during a full pedal sweep.
  4. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC to verify that the DTC does not reset. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
