Installation Procedure

- Install the vehicle speed sensor O-ring (3) onto the turbine speed sensor (2).
- Apply J 36850: lubricant to the O-ring (3).
- Install the turbine speed sensor (2) into the transmission case.
- Install the vehicle speed sensor bolt (1) into the transmission case. Tighten the bolt to 12 N.m (108 lb in).CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution
