Intermediate Internal Gear Inspection

    IMPORTANT: Clutch plate movement can cause notching on the external splines of the intermediate internal gear.
  1. Inspect the external splines of the intermediate internal gear.
  2. Replace the intermediate internal gear if detectable notching has occurred.
