Installation Procedure

Install NEW quick connect fitting clips to both ends of the charge air cooler outlet pipe.

Working through the wheelhouse, install the charge air cooler outlet pipe onto the charge air cooler.
Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet) or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC) .

Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe onto the intake air valve.
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
