Air Inlet Assembly Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.
1 Recirculation Actuator Screw (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2 Recirculation Actuator
3 Air Inlet Assembly Screw (Qty: 2)

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
4 Air Inlet Assembly
Tip:  Tilt the rear of the air inlet assembly upward to release front mounting tabs.
