The engine run time is greater than 5 seconds.
Engine torque is between 0-1492 N.m (0-1100 lb ft).
Ignition voltage is between 8.6-18.0 volts.
The vehicle speed is greater than 0 km/h (0 mph).
The calculated throttle position must be greater than 0 percent.
