Auxiliary Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. Remove the grille assembly.
  2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  3. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler.
  4. Remove the oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. See OIL COOLER LINES  .
  5. Remove the 4 bolts securing the auxiliary oil cooler to the radiator support.
  6. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler.
