Installation Procedure

  1. Position the differential support bracket assembly (1) on the differential housing.

  2. Hand start the mounting bolts (1) for the support bushing mounting bracket.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Tighten the support bushing mounting brackets bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the differential mounting bracket bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Lift the rear differential into position.

  5. Hand start the support bushing mounting (1) by hand.
  6. Install the left and right front differential support bushing mounting bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the differential mounting bolts to 175 N.m (129 lb ft).

  7. Remove the transmission jack stand.
  8. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
