Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the brake rotor. Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (RWD) or Front Brake Rotor Replacement (AWD) .

  4. Disconnect the ABS electrical connector.
  5. Remove the electrical connector from the splash shield.

  6. Remove the wheel bearing/hub mounting bolts.
  7. Remove the wheel bearing/hub.
