Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front compartment sight shield as necessary. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement .
  2. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise to release the drive belt tension.
  3. Slide the drive belt off of the water pump pulley.
  4. Slowly release the drive belt tensioner.
  5. Remove the drive belt from the accessory drive pulleys.
