Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying PCV Dirty Air Tube

Install the PCV dirty air tube (1) to the intake manifold (3).
Install the PCV dirty air tube (1) to the right camshaft cover (2).

Install the PCV fresh air tube to the air inlet.
Install the PCV fresh air tube to the left camshaft cover.

Install the intake manifold insulator (2)
Install two intake manifold insulator retaining pins (1)
Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LY7) or Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LLT) .
