Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the A/C compressor and power steering pump drive belt. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .
  2. Remove the generator and water pump drive belt. Refer to Water Pump and Generator Belt Replacement .
  3. Remove the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Removal .
  4. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to remove the crankshaft oil seal.
