Preliminary Procedure: Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
1	Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Screw NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in) Tip: Lift upward to release front clip.
2	Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Procedure Align the sealing strip to the door. Ensure that the end cap is flush to the door cutline. Rotate the sealing strip downward. Align the sealing strip clips to the slots in the door pinch-weld flange. Push the sealing strip downward to fully seat and secure the strip to the door.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

Tip: Lift upward to release front clip.

Procedure

Align the sealing strip to the door.
Ensure that the end cap is flush to the door cutline.
Rotate the sealing strip downward.
Align the sealing strip clips to the slots in the door pinch-weld flange.
Push the sealing strip downward to fully seat and secure the strip to the door.
