Preliminary Procedure Remove the front wheelhouse liner in order to access the windshield washer pump connection. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement . Place a suitable clean pan under the container to contain any loss windshield washer solvent. Open and support the hood. Remove the front compartment side sight shield, passenger side in order to access the washer hose connections.
1	Windshield Washer Pump Hose Connection Tip: Tie a string to the washer hose elbow in order to re-route the new washer hose under the front headlamp assembly.
2	Windshield Washer Solvent Container Hose Retainer Tip: Disengage the retainer from the wheelhouse panel.
3	Windshield Washer Solvent Container Hose Connection Tip: Disconnect the washer container hose from the windshield washer solvent heater hose (if equipped).
4	Windshield Washer Solvent Container Hose Tip: Pull the hose rearward in order to access the string from under the headlamp. Use the string to route the new washer solvent container hose.
