Front-to-Rear, Side-to-Side

  1. Loosen the fasteners securing the rear compartment lid to the rear compartment lid hinges.
  2. Align the rear compartment lid in order to achieve an equal 3 mm (1/8 mm) gap around the entire perimeter of the rear compartment lid.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Tighten the hinge fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the hinge fasteners to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
