Preliminary Procedure Remove the air distribution case. Refer to Air Distributor Case Replacement (Center) or Air Distributor Case Replacement (Left) or Air Distributor Case Replacement (Right) Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the HVAC module. Remove any components associated with splitting the air distribution case.
1	Mixer Valve. Procedure: Reprogramming of all HVAC actuators and control module associated with the heater and A/C control wiring harness may be necessary. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Sensing and Diagnostic Module Programming and Setup .
