Preliminary Procedure Remove the right side I/P insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Right Side . Remove the blower motor control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement . Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the right air temperature actuator.
1	Right Air Temperature Actuator Screw (Qty: 2). NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Right Air Temperature Actuator.
3	Right Air Temperature Actuator Lever. Procedure: Reprogramming of the actuator may be necessary. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Sensing and Diagnostic Module Programming and Setup .
