Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement . Remove the rear seat back armrest, if equipped. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (with AM9) or Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (without AM9) .
1	Rear Seat Back Panel Bolt NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
2	Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (with AM9) or Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (without AM9) or Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Side with AM9) .
