Input Carrier Assembly Assemble

  1. Position the intermediate internal gear (4) on the work table so that the tang holes are facing up.
  2. Install the input carrier assembly (3) into the intermediate internal gear (4). Make sure the splines are engaged.
  3. Install the retaining ring (2) into the intermediate internal gear so that the input carrier assembly is retained.
  4. Align the tangs of the thrust washer (1) with the tang holes in the intermediate internal gear.
  5. Install the thrust washer onto the intermediate internal gear.
