If transmission jumps out of gear during deceleration, inspect components that may allow for gears or shafts to tip. If gears or shafts tip, synchronizer sleeve can disengage from selector teeth on speed gear. If transmission jumps out of gear during acceleration, inspect components that may not allow full engagement of synchronizer sleeve to selector teeth on speed gear. Insufficient engagement of selector teeth under torque may cause transmission to jump out of gear.
