Front Fog Lamp Replacement (Chevrolet)

Preliminary Procedures Remove either the LF or RF wheelhouse liners. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Chevrolet) or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (GMC) for the LF or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC) or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet) for the RF wheelhouse liner. Disconnect the electrical connector. From inside the from bumper fascia, using a blunt instrument, pinch the retainers and push outward on the 2 upper mounting studs for the fog lamp. Using the same blunt instrument, pinch the retainer and push outward on the lower adjustment screw for the fog lamp. Aim the fog lamps after the fog lamp has been replaced. Refer to Fog Lamp Aiming .
1	Fog Lamp Retainers (Qty: 3) Procedure Install the retainers back onto the fog lamp upper mounting studs. Install the retainer onto the fog lamp adjusting screw. Firmly push the lamp back into the lower bumper fascia until all three retainers are engaged to the fascia.
2	Fog Lamp Assembly CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution . Tip: Transfer the bulb assembly as needed.

Using the same blunt instrument, pinch the retainer and push outward on the lower adjustment screw for the fog lamp.
Aim the fog lamps after the fog lamp has been replaced. Refer to Fog Lamp Aiming .

Fog Lamp Retainers (Qty: 3)

Procedure

Install the retainers back onto the fog lamp upper mounting studs.
Install the retainer onto the fog lamp adjusting screw.
Firmly push the lamp back into the lower bumper fascia until all three retainers are engaged to the fascia.

Fog Lamp Assembly

CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution .

Tip: Transfer the bulb assembly as needed.
