Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the headliner electrical connectors.
  3. Remove the sunshades. Refer to Sunshade Replacement .
  4. Remove the front door upper pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Upper Pillar .
  5. Partially remove the upper part of the front door opening weather strips. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR OPENING .
  6. Remove the front headliner retainers.
  7. Remove the front headliner from the vehicle.
