Up and Down Adjustment

Remove the sliding side door upper roller cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper .
Remove the sliding side door lower roller cover.
Loosen the bolts that retain the upper front roller to the door.

Loosen the bolts that retain the lower front roller to the door.
Loosen the nuts that retain the rear roller to the door.
Adjust the door up or down until you obtain the desired position.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Tighten the nuts that retain the rear roller to the door.
Tighten

Tighten the nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Tighten the bolts that retain the upper front roller to the door.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Tighten the bolts that retain the lower front roller to the door.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Install the sliding side door lower roller cover.

Install the sliding side door upper roller cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper .
