Removal Procedure

  1. Install drain pan under the vehicle.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Disconnect the power steering cooler hose from the power steering pump.
  4. Disconnect the power steering cooler hose from the power steering gear.
  5. Cap the power steering pipes and cooler ends in order to prevent the entry of dirt.
  6. Remove the power steering cooler mounting nuts.
  7. Remove the power steering cooler from the vehicle.
