Action Taken When the DTC Sets

P0964, P0966, or P0967

DTCs P0964, P0966, and P0967 are Type A DTCs.
If the DTC sets while in a forward range, the TCM commands 1st, 3rd or 5th gear. If DTC sets while in REVERSE, the transmission stays in reverse.
