Conditions for Running the DTC

Battery voltage is between 9-18 V.
Engine speed is greater than 200 RPM for 5 seconds.

DTC P0711, P0712, or P0713 is not set.
Battery voltage is between 9-18 V.
Engine speed is greater than 200 RPM.
Engine has been running for 20 seconds with an engine coolant temperature (ECT) greater than 20°C (68°F).
The ECT is not defaulted.
