Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Removal

Tools Required

J 44644 Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Remover. See Special Tools .

Install the button of J 44644 into the crankshaft. See Special Tools .
Press the jaws of J 44644 into the felt portion of the seal far enough to engage the inner lip of the seal. See Special Tools .
While holding the jaws of J 44644 tightly to the seal's inner sleeve, tighten the jaw bolts. See Special Tools .
Remove the crankshaft rear oil seal using the J 44644 . See Special Tools .
