Removal Procedure

Remove the intake manifold sight shield. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement .
Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor (4).

Remove the MAP sensor retainer.
Remove the MAP sensor.
