Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Cleaning and Inspection

  1. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooling hoses.
  2. Clean and inspect the EGR gasket surfaces.
  3. Clean and inspect the EGR and cooler.
  4. Replace the EGR or cooler if damaged.
