Circuit/System Description

The transmission control module (TCM) high side driver 1 is located inside of the control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly and has no serviceable parts. The high side driver 1 provides the voltage for the following TCM pressure control solenoids and shift solenoids:
- Line Pressure Control Solenoid 1 (PCS1)
- Pressure Control Solenoid 2 (PCS2)
- Pressure Control Solenoid 3 (PCS3)
- Pressure Control Solenoid 4 (PCS4)
- Pressure Control Solenoid 5 (PCS5)
- Shift Solenoid 1 (SS1)
- Shift Solenoid 2 (SS2)
- Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid
This fault is handled inside the TCM and no external circuits are involved.
