Intake Manifold Assemble (LLT)

  1. Install the NEW intake manifold cover gaskets.
    2. Fig 2: Removing/Installing Intake Manifold Cover

  2. Install the intake manifold cover.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the intake manifold cover bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake manifold cover bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the NEW throttle body gasket.
  5. Install the throttle body.
  6. Install the throttle body bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the throttle body bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
