Exhaust Manifold Removal - Right Side

Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.
Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield.

Remove the exhaust manifold bolts from the right cylinder head.
Remove the right exhaust manifold.
Remove and discard the exhaust manifold gasket from the right cylinder head.
