Conditions for Running the DTC

The engine is cranking or operating.
The ECM has detected greater than 12 camshaft revolutions.
The DTC P0335 and P0336 run continuously once the above conditions are met for greater than 5 seconds.
The DTC P0338 runs once each engine revolution once the above conditions are met for greater than 2 seconds.
