Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the right engine mount bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side (w/RWD)  or Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side (w/AWD) .
  3. Remove the right side front axle shaft. Refer to Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side .
  4. Remove the upper engine mount retaining nut.
  5. Remove the lower engine mount retaining nut.
  6. Using the engine support fixture, raise the engine enough to remove the engine mount.
  7. Remove the engine mount from the vehicle.
