Oil Pan Assemble

  1. Install the skid plate.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the skid plate bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the skid plate bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the oil level/condition sensor.
  4. Install the oil level/condition sensor bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil level/condition bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the oil pan drain plug and NEW O-ring seal.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil pan drain plug to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  6. Install the NEW oil suction pipe O-ring.

  7. Install the oil suction pipe.
  8. Install the oil suction pipe bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil suction pipe bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  9. Install the oil pan scraper.
  10. Install the oil pan scraper bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil pan scraper bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
