Fuel Injection Control Module Harness Assembly Removal

  1. Disconnect the four injector harness connectors.
  2. Disconnect the turbocharger boost sensor connector.

  4. Disconnect the fuel injection control module connectors.
  5. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

  7. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

  9. Remove the two engine block ground bolts from the right front side of the engine.

  11. Remove the main engine harness connector hold down bolts (1, 2).

  13. Remove the main engine harness connectors.
  14. Remove the turbocharger coolant inlet hose from the turbocharger.

  16. Remove the water outlet bolts.
  17. Remove the water outlet.
  18. Remove the O-ring from the water outlet and discard.

  20. Disconnect the fuel rail pressure regulator valve connector.
  21. Disconnect the fuel injection control module harness to the oil level sensor harness connector.

  23. Disconnect the barometric pressure sensor connector.
  24. Disconnect the fuel temperature sensor connector.

  26. Disconnect the 3 fuel injector control module harness to glow plug controller connectors.
  27. Remove the fuel injection control module harness assembly.

  29. Remove the main engine harness connector bracket bolts.
  30. Remove the main engine harness connector bracket.
