Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the recirculation door bolts.
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator vacuum connector.
  4. Remove the nuts that retain the recirculation actuator.
  5. Remove the recirculation actuator from the recirculation door.
  6. Remove the recirculation door assembly from the vehicle.
