Installation Procedure

  1. Install the mode door (2) to the heater module (1).

  2. Install the mode actuator. Refer to MODE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT in HVAC Systems - Manual.
  3. Install the heater module to the instrument panel assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
