Installation Procedure

  1. Rotate the actuator so that the actuator linkage slips over the post on the mode door linkage.
  2. Install the actuator linkage to the mode door linkage.
  3. Slide the actuator (2) onto the mounting bracket in order to install the actuator.

    Firmly press the actuator into place in order to fully seat the fastener.

  4. Install the vacuum hose to the mode actuator.
  5. Install the IP assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
