Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the right side idler pulley and bolt (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  2. Install the center idler pulley and bolt (2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  4. If equipped with dual generators, install the left side idler pulley and bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  5. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
