Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air deflector to the housing.

    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the retaining screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connectors.
  4. Install the air deflector assembly to the I/P.
  5. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .
  6. Install the I/P bezel. Refer to Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
