Seat - Manual Adjuster Does Not Lock

Problem Action
The locking wire is too tight. Loosen the locking wire tension enough to permit full engagement of the locking bar in the locking slots of the adjuster lower channel.
The adjuster locking bar spring is disconnected or broken.
  • Connect the locking bar spring.
  • Install a new locking bar spring.
The adjuster locking bar is sticking or binding.
