Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the energy storage box (ESB) intermediate cover. Refer to Energy Storage Box (ESB) Intermediate Cover Replacement (5.3L Engine w/RPO HP2) .
  2. Remove the service disconnect power cable nut and cable (2) from the service disconnect switch.

  4. Remove the service disconnect power cable nut and cable from the service disconnect switch.

  6. Remove the service disconnect switch screws.

  8. Remove the service disconnect switch nuts.

  10. Remove the service disconnect switch.
