Installation Procedure

  1. Install the clutch actuator cylinder.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the clutch actuator cylinder bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Manual Transmission - ZF S6-650.
